Stainless Steel Wire

    1. Stainless Steel Spring Wire Springs are most commonly produced from 302/304 stainless steel wire due to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Type 316 is recommended for springs with additional requirements in regards to corrosive exposure and because of its non-magnetic properties. The mechanical properties of this type of steel are not as strong or durable as 302/304 however.
    1. Stainless Steel Woven Wire Fasten weaving wire is produced from high quality stainless steel and is notable for its bright finish, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The wire is a highly adaptable for many different products like steel wire cloth, meshes, nets and belts.
    1. Electro Polishing EPQ wire products have become increasingly popular over the years. Utensils produced from stainless steel wire have been steadily overtaking those made from plastic, aluminum, or ceramics. The material is stronger and more durable than other materials at its price point. The EPQ is beautiful and bright along with its ability to be easily formed. These EPQ wires are produced according to EN, ASTM, and JIS WPB specifications.
    1. Stainless Steel Annealed Wire Annealed wire is a versatile material that can satisfy the requirements for fine mesh screens used in filtering, printing, automotive, and chemical industrial applications. The redrawn wire is extremely fine but does not sacrificed on tensile strength, particularly when used in a woven structure. We produce annealed wire in mill coils, pail packs, or carrier-less cores.
    1. Steel Nail Wire Fasten nail wire is high grade steel and is produced using our advanced processing technology and equipment. We can manufacture this outstanding nail rod with the following characteristics.
    1. Cold Heading Wire Cold heading wire is primarily applied in the production of fasteners and pins for construction and automotive use. The wire has outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical properties that are dependent on the grade of steel used in production. Those materials can be selected prior to ordering.
    1. Stainless Steel Free Cutting Wire Fasten pin wire is non-magnetic and boasts high strength for the production of pins for audio, video, and other connection apparatus. The quality control requirements are higher for products such as this and we employ strict testing equipment and professionals to ensure consistent product quality.
    1. Stainless Steel Tie Wire Stainless steel tie wire is a highly versatile material. 304 steel tie wire is the standard grade for tie wire, while type 316 is preferable for corrosion resistance. 316 tie wire minimizes the troublesome task of replacing the ties over time.
    1. Shaped Stainless Steel Wire Fasten shaped wire is stainless steel wire that is used for a wide variety of different applications. The wire features high corrosion resistance, sleek appearance, and excellent forming and processing abilities.
Currently, we have the capability to produce unique wires used for the manufacturing of various profiling wire including brassiere under wires, watch bands, filters and many more.
    1. Nail Wire Application: Nails
      Characteristic: Good formability, strict tolerance
